Northern Cyclones Senior Awards 2009

Saturday 13th June 2009 saw the 3rd Annual Cyclones Awards night, this time hosted at the home of team manager Sterling Groves. As always there was four awards up for grabs; Best Defenceman, Best Forward, Most Improved Player and Players’ Player of the Year.

Voting was carried out by all team members and non-playing staff and after the votes where tallied up the following people came out as winners:

Best Defenceman: Tony Sinton
Best Forward: Dorinda Foot
Most Improved Player: Jonny Knox
Players’s Player: Dave Nicolai
