First Players Sign Up For Senior A Team…

So far we have received a great response to the announcement that we would be entering a second senior team into the NIIHA league and are pleased to reveal that 5 players have already signed up for the 2008/09 season.

Forwards Gavin Moore and Adam Shanley, will join defencemen Gary Jackson, Chris Millar and Stuart O’Brien in teal and black next year. Both Adam and Stuart were members of the Bangor Chiefs last season, while Chris joins from the Lisburn Devils.

Gary Jackson, known better as just ‘Jacko’, was an original member of the Cyclones team however a series of injuries kept him out of action from all but 1 game in 2008.

Gavin Moore is a new face to inline hockey but is no stranger to hockey having dressed as a player for the Belfast Eagles and as a gorilla for the Belfast Giants.
