Biography

Just a year ago Richard finished the season with the Bangor Chiefs… as a netminder. One year on and Gaulty has become a solid stay at home defenceman, picking up this years ‘Most Improved Player’ award. The key to his success has been understanding the defensive game, this helps him to position himself in the right place at the right time. Gaulty is the youngest member of the Cyclones and often leaves the team in stitches with his quick, although sometimes geeky, sense of humour.
